Performance Management and Quality Assurance

This seminar will look at the latest research and guidance from the Department for Education, Ofsted and the emerging decisions from the Munro report . It will place the activity of understanding how interventions by Children Social care contribute to significant changes within families. It will look at several different tools including Mark Friedman RBA, the Scorecard, and the Most Significant Change tool used by World Health. This seminar is open to all participants and can include multi-agency partners.
