For all levels –this seminar will look at the current theories of supervision including organisational, team and individual supervision. It will examine the organisations role in providing supervision and the improved outcomes for children as a result of creating a learning based environment.
This seminar is open to all participants.

Supervision courses
CCP runs three one day supervision courses as part of the blended learning approach.
1. "Effective Supervision" is aimed at all supervisors who work with case holding staff. Staff from both children, adults, mental health and any other case holding service will find this training applicable.
2. "How to get the most out of your supervision" is aimed at all people who receive supervision as part of their case management requirements.
3. "Using supervision to enable change" is about managing performance and changing role and organisational requirements. All participants have to have completed module one to attend.
