Client: Hartlepool Borough Council
Project:
The development of an online practice manual to provide all staff with an easily accessible comprehensive reference manual, fully compatible with the Integrated Children’s System, which will equip them with the tools to undertake their work in accordance with legislation, statutory guidance and local procedures and practice guidance. See the resource here: www.hcspm.org.uk
Testimonial:
“Jo and her team have done an enormous amount of work in producing this innovative and comprehensive tool to support our practice. It very much achieves our original vision of bringing together procedures, practice guidance, quality standards and ICS guides into one easily accessible resource […]the final product far exceeds our expectations. I would like to formally thank Jo and her team for the work they have undertaken in producing this website for Hartlepool Safeguarding and Specialist Services and hope to do many more successful collaborations in the future.”

Training workshops to promote the use of ICS
Client: Buckingham County Council
Project:
The delivery of customised workshops, facilitated by Jo Fox with the active input of client managers and practitioners. The workshops aimed to promote the use of ICS as an evidence-based tool which supports positive practice.
Testimonial:
“The workshops provided sessions for discussion and feedback and the information gained from these sessions has been essential to enable us to understand the barriers to the practical application of ICS for those working in busy frontline services. The workshops also provided a forum for anticipating the challenges to come in light of Lord Laming's report and the work of the Social Work Taskforce.
Jo is an engaging speaker and her knowledge and experience on the subject matter has been invaluable. The information from the workshops has been collated and will be critical in developing future plans with a view to the positive integration of ICS and practice. We anticipate the continuation of further workshops as part of our ongoing change programme.”
